Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. B&F Pristine hollowed out my chimney breast and replastered it, ready for a kitchen unit. They also removed the old bobbly paper from my ceiling and replastered that. They did the whole job in four days, working over the weekend to get it done. I am so happy with the result - they have done it beautifully, to a very high standard.
