Neil was amazing with my total house rewire, this was my first time using Rated as I am a new homeowner. WHAT A FIND!. He took the time to discuss all my ideas and even suggested one which I haven't even thought of. Did the rewire in two days and had a plasterer on hand to make good after. (who was also excellent) Neil even came back to hook up my appliances as I couldn't fit them till the rewire was done. If I ever need electrical work I know who i'm calling. Can't recommend enough

Alan is a lovely man who did a good job at a reasonable price. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was dependable, punctual and cheerful. I would use him again.

Simon came out to look at the job and then emailed a quote. This was too expensive in comparison to other quotes but Simon was friendly and polite.

This is the first time I've dealt with Phil Farleys establishment and I must truly say this mans workmanship is fantastic, finished on time and the quality work was very to a very high standard. Exceptional from start to finish, great advice on how it needed to be done and best way to fix the building errors, team were in early, worked none stop, cleaned up well before leaving and took away any rubbish. And all for a reasonable price, definitely be using on the next elevation

When you are spending your hard earned money you probably like me get a little nervous wondering whether you have hired the right people. Well rest assured hire Tony Darker, John, Dj and Eric was a great decision. These lads are unbelievable. Their work is spot on, punctuality is perfect and you will not meet a more polite team of workers. Nothing was to much trouble and they run you through every stage of the process. I had my front, side and rear garden paved and it is absolutely spot on. Well done lads
