Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Kitchens are expensive installations so who would you prefer to use? A company with glitzy showroom or someone who can fix plumbing ,electrics, build the cabinets and then work solidly for the duration of the build. Kenny guided us on the design and installation rectifying problems as they were uncovered. As the build developed Kenny made suggestions to modify and improve. Employ an expert!

I have been in the electrical industry for around 10 years. I have always wanted to be an electrician so this is definitely more of a passion than just a job to me. As an electrician my number one goal is customer safety and regulation compliance as they both have to go together for an installation to be complainant and safe for consumers. I hired Omar to do a full re-wire of my house and he was brilliant start to finish. He answered all my questions in detail, was thorough in making sure everything had been thought out and was very accomodating with my timeline delays. He was always prompt and occasionally stayed late to ensure things were finished on time. I found him to be really genuine, friendly and trustworthy. I was equally comfortable leaving him alone in the house or being there alone with him (as a young woman). A joy to work with.
