Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

The entrance door to my flat needed to be adjusted to meet fire regulations. I was really pleased with the result. Mani is a skilled man who worked with care and attention to detail. Matthew contacted us re quote for the Fusebox replacement which was accepted. The dates were not right for us but he managed to book us in for the dates that I was available. He came and spent most of the day with no break testing, changing the box retesting and also resolved some issues. Definitely recommend him and use him again. He explained everything clearly and concisely.

A job that at first sight seemed to be completed well turned into a nightmare. My drive was destroyed, weeds coming through everywhere. Despite numerous attempts to contact and fairly resolve I have still not had the issue sorted. I have now employed an established and qualified professional to complete the work. Paying twice for the same issue isn't something I had initially budgeted for!

I am a fully trained electrician with 16 years experience. I work under the banner of NICEIC giving my customers peace of mind. I cover all aspects of electrical works from changing sockets, full rewires, wiring of all heating systems. After coming into contact with the loftzone product 2 years ago we decided to set up Loft Worx. We can create safe additional storage in often unused lofts spaces. Loftzone is a patented raised flooring system which allows boarding to be installed over obsticals (wiring & pipework) more importantly over loft insulation. This is a boarding system that can also be used in new build properties without voiding warranties.
