We are very pleased with our new bathroom which was a complete refurb. John and his team arrived on time, worked very hard and tidied up afterwards. Their quality of work was to a very high standard, they were cheerful and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

Fitted a brand new heating system for 5 bed house in a week, the plumber was really conscientious , dealt with unexpected problems sensibly and worked long hours to get the job done. Very reliable and good after care too.

Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. An excellent service. Saab made the whole experience stress free. He took care of every detail of the job and communicated at every stage even out of office hours, never left you handling. Saab was flexible with appointments and stayed in communication before each visit. I am overseas landlord and were able to organise every with Saab with no problem. He is reliable and helpful.
