Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with AG plumbing. Whilst the price was reasonable, I was let down many times from their sub-contractor (Steve). Many cancelled work days. A hot water cylinder left at my house for weeks. Job took weeks to complete (should be 1-2 days max). They even used my bath towels to use as floor covers! The owner compensated for this but it’s still not good practice, as it stained my carpet. Sub-contractor was eventually replaced and the work was completed satisfactorily

They responded quickly. Did the job so far, so good. Time will tell if the patchwork of rendering stays in place and does the job. I have given them 5 stars on the chance that it does. I hired Jacques to install Aucostic wall panels and LED light strips in the panel. He initially setup the panels and tried setting up the LEDs on day2. As an electrician, he should be aware of driving parallel LED strip connections. By the end of Day2, he setup something where the led strips have different brightness due to voltage/current issues. he left the work in the middle leaving dangling power connections across the floor and not answering my calls/messages.I definitely don't recommend him.

A good reliable electrician, turned up when he said, did everything we agreed on. Consulted when we needed to adjust plans and let me know when circuits would need to be switched off. Reason for only a 3 star review is as follows. Didn’t rewire a light that said would as said shouldn’t be just plugged in to a socket and was included to be done in the quote. I messaged Chris as the lights timings not set up correctly even though he said he had to send me the instructions so I could do it and I saw him with the instructions but I never got any response so I had to spend time up a ladder sorting myself using guesswork. There were a couple of other issues but out of characters !!
