Just had Chris and the team at CSP Electrical to due a complete re-wire of my home. Chris is a very polite and professional young man who turn up when he said he would to due the quote and the re-wire. We are over the moon at the quality of their work and the price. Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

The work was completed efficiently and with suprisingly little interuption to my daily life despite the full rewire required for the property I live in. I would use this tradesman again and thought the price was at the level I had expected. Job completed on time with no issues

I always worry when hiring someone to do work in my home. I need not have worried here. A very professional 'hotel' finish. Excellent quality work. He arrived when he said he would. All work was professionally quoted. Good value for money too. I will be hiring Ceramicals to do my other bathroom! Highly recommended!
