Dean and Liam attended early Tuesday morning and sorted out the problem which was the motorised valve. They also checked all the wiring and fitted a new wiring control box. Very pleased.

Would hire again with out hesitation! Gip was polite, friendly, professional and punctual. He came to quote for the job and gave a very fair price. He found solutions to any issues that came up and completed the job perfectly. He was clean and tidy and I couldn’t have asked for any more. As a single lady, living on my own, he was very respectful and I wouldn’t hesitate to have him back to do other jobs in future.

Jamie and his colleague did an excellent job for us. (April ) They supplied and painstakingly fitted six internal doors, fitted a new garage side door and mended our back gate. Arrived promptly and were extremely polite courteous and tidy - working with barely a break for two days! Excellent price. Despite having worked on very large projects Melvin was willing to undertake a small job like ours. He was very quick to give us a visit for a quote and willing to get the job done within a reasonable time. Very clean and tidy work. Also a very pleasant and polite man. DD completed a great job recently replacing our kitchen worktops and fitting units and appliances. Even the addition of extra work was accommodated in a positive and speedy manner at very reasonable cost. Work was finished to the highest standard with DD being well equipped and very experienced. BTS building is a lovely father and Son operation. They are hard working and keep you updated with plans, progress and working times etc. The quality of the build is very good and they are happy to offer ideas for slight changes to improve the usability of the space.

Easy to arrange the initial visit even on a weekend. Arrived early but apologised. Instantly quoted for the job with different options and explained each of them very well. Was able to carry out the repair job there and then and even tidy up some loose/redundant cables too. Would definitely use again if anything else crops up in the future.
