When I explained that I wanted to sell my flat during conversation, Cristian called in more help to get my flat decorated & ready for sale. This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised.
