Carol and his partner are extremely professional in their approach and have very high standards when it comes to their work. They tiled and fitted a new shower, taps and flooring in my bathroom nothing was too much trouble, they were respectful of my home and worked very hard to finish in a short space of time. Mike responded to my request within hours. I had a Kitchen plan that Mike was able to improve, keeping the details that were important to me. He was able to give me an installed price that matched my previous equipment only one. Ordered before the Xmas and delivered/fitted the first week of the New Year. Very impressive. The fitter spotted a few points with my build on the first day, calling on his contacts to ensure all was done without delay. Very happy with the resulting spec, budget, timing, and quality

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

Very happy with Jonathan. Too often, we have experienced overpriced and delayed services.
