So pleased with the jobs Jake did for us. He fitted a new light switch and secured the light to the ceiling. Then he went on to repair two lamps, one was very old and quite complicated, but he did it very well. Jake is very pleasant and is easy to talk with about what you'd like done. I hired Omar to do a full re-wire of my house and he was brilliant start to finish. He answered all my questions in detail, was thorough in making sure everything had been thought out and was very accomodating with my timeline delays. He was always prompt and occasionally stayed late to ensure things were finished on time. I found him to be really genuine, friendly and trustworthy. I was equally comfortable leaving him alone in the house or being there alone with him (as a young woman). A joy to work with.

This guy lack communication skills. I asked him to give me a quotes. He seems not to understand how to speak and understand English and that is really affecting him. I have told him I can trust him with my job. I was asking him what was his quotes, he is saying another thing. He can only communicate to his fellow country men I believe. He lacks professionalism and composure. He doesn’t know how to relate to customer. I don’t feel like he knows what he is doing. He is a confused person. I won’t recommend him
