However, once I asked him when he could do the job, George stopped chatting. George has not responded to my email to him either.

CRMA did a decent job replacing the consumer unit on short notice. Unfortunately getting the paperwork sorted took a lot of chasing but was eventually sorted. The drawing of a p*nis inside the consumer unit was far from professional.
