Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. Hired Chris for my parents’ bathroom based on positive reviews, but our experience was disappointing. He rewired things incorrectly in the hallway and didn’t return to fix it. He left the extractor fans unfinished and never completed the job, despite charging £550. My parents paid in good faith, trusting the reviews. He has ignored all contact and still hasn’t provided the bathroom work certificate. Would not recommend.
