Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Owen is a nice guy and seems to know what he is doing. Completed my emergency job promptly on arrival but it only turned out to be a few minutes work so on reflection I felt like his charge was extortionate. He subsequently never provided any invoice or receipt to confirm the work done, despite several requests and reminders for over a year. Also never completed quote for family after I recommended him for their house. Disappointed as I was originally going to retain him as a contact for future projects.

Paul was easy to deal with and gave us a comprehensive list of materials that were adhered to. He turned up when he said he would and his estimate of time for the job was spot on. Furthermore, his price changed slightly upwards but as a result of more work that was totally in line with the other work so all good. After receiving quotaion from Mr.Arpad Vilagi of Arpad Constrution, for painting my house from outside including window sills, and front door etc. I invited him for further discussion. His price was the best for labour which included cost of hiring Tower for 7 days. As for materials, I paid at cost. He worked hard and was polite. Aftet work every day the place was left clean. I am very satisfide and highly recommend him to any one.

The workman was very quick to come out and replace the seal on my bath. One month later, the seal lifted and needed to be done again. I have called, texted, left voicemails and still have not managed to get the workman to come back round to replace. I have now given up and learnt to reseal the bath myself. Therefore, I have unfortunately had to change the rating and comments of this job.
