Exceptional service by Immy. This was my first experience of using someone from RatedPeople and I was slightly nervous until Immy turned up to sort some home networking issues. We arranged a convenient time for me, Immy did the job at a very reasonable price and furthermore when there were some problems (due to circumstances outside Immy's control) he returned free of charge to spend the same amount of time fixing things. Very impressed, will definitely use again and highly recommended!!

Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.

Very pleased with their service! Jason was great, he was the only plasterer to recommend different things to save both time and money with an excellent result. All the plasterers were a pleasure to deal with and worked very hard! I can't recommend them highly enough. They managed to get to us within a couple of days as we felt our job was urgent and even came out to quote on a Sunday! Very happy customer! Thanks all!

I had cheaper quotes, but Islington replied first and worked on a Sunday. Punctual and worked hard. Two Gripes, one while installing the fuse box, moved my alarm control and lost a screw (but didn't tell me) - so I had issues getting the alarm working. Two didn't completely clean up the mess, left me to bin waste, minor Yes would use again, as work was accurate and logical, which you need with electrics, came across as highly competent, labelled all the wires so nothing got lost (except the screw)

Very happy with the job on my kitchen done by Jacek and his guys. Beautiful tiling, and replacement of sink and unit. All done quickly and cleaned up after. Would hire them again without hesitation.

Frank, was polite, up front about costs and started straight away after I accepted his services. Sorted out my lighting dilemma quickly and my constantly on extractor fan. Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. There were a few unexpected developments during the project but Daniel consistently ensured that we got the outcome we wanted rather than just a quick fix and regularly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The quality of the finish is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DM Builds (and have already asked for quotes on some further jobs!)

Marek did an excellent job - he arrived at the time we asked (my wife and I start work early) and was very helpful when we requested a couple of additional pieces of work which were carried out to an high standard. We would be very happy to use Marek's services again!
