Great guy, pleasant personality. Arrived on time with all his gear, was polite and professional, and made sure I was happy with the end result. Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Naveed was very punctual on both occasions, firstly to give me a quote which was very reasonable and then the following day to do the work. I needed some ceiling lights changed which had old wiring but it did not phase him in the slightest. He worked diligently and completed the task in no time. Will came with a team to our home to update our fuse board, earth our gas and water and help us out with a lot of unknown /unused outdoor cables.
