Gary shepherd and his team worked conscientiously to provide the best service possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always polite and a pleasure to work with. Ben communicated well. He arrived at the agreed time and did exactly what he was asked in a very professional and efficient manner. When the work was completed Ben submitted what we considered a very reasonable invoice. Brad accommodated our changed project plan, attending on a Saturday. Brad was chosen due to his creative solution to our electrical problem and has done a terrific job of implementing the solution. Always returned our advice requests so we would definitely hire him again if required.

Very professional and customer focused. Very polite, informative and knowledgeable. Took shoes off when in our house. Did a fabulous job on the consumer unit considering the mess they had to start with. Very good price also; would use them again if I needed similar work.

Mr Walker contacted us promptly and his quotation was emailed by the following day. There were a couple of unavoidable delays, but he kept us well-informed of progress. Fitting the new doors was done with meticulous care and adjustment to fit the existing architraves etc. Impressive attention to detail, and the finished job is extremely good. Would certainly use him again when we need similar joinery/carpentry work.
