Having used this company in the past I hoped our interactions during a request for a quote would be equally cordial. Unfortunately however after me disapproving of a rather high quote for which I attempted to get full clarification on what would be provided, I was met with irate anger and accusations. I can only assume I may have been mistaken for another client they may have dealt with in the past. Not a great way to deal with previous customers.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
