Completely messed up the boiler/immersion wiring, literally wired both boiler and immersion switches together in a loop. Refused to return to fix the mistake. Avoid.

Hee came to see the work in person, which was good. Others kept asking for pictures and videos. He was pleasantly and very helpful. He came the next day to do the job. I would definitely use him again if I have to.
