I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Brad accommodated our changed project plan, attending on a Saturday. Brad was chosen due to his creative solution to our electrical problem and has done a terrific job of implementing the solution. Always returned our advice requests so we would definitely hire him again if required.

Thinks outside of the box and is happy to work with clients on a step by step basis. Gave very helpful advice on the phone when the a circuit failed due to a previous owners bad wiring. Highly recommended.

I am a Welfare Caseworker for EEIBA and needed a reliable and trustworthy Electrician for a client. I used Rated People and was very impressed with Ian's prompt response, friendly manner and willingness to provide the credentials I required. Notwithstanding his very competetive quote. The work was carried out within a few days of accepting the quote and my client was very impressed with the service he provided.
