The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. What a hero! John arrived within an hour of our initial phone call despite it being late in the afternoon. He went above and beyond the line of duty systematically fixing not only the original posted job but others that reared their ugly heads in our old stone cottage. He would not leave for the evening (returning to repair the other problems a day later) until he was able to leave us with an electricity supply as it is needed to bring water to the house. I cannot fault any aspect of his work-top bloke too!
