Dean turned up smack on time, carried out a thorough and detailed inspection, and provided a prompt quote for the work needed. Very co-operative, took pains not to interfere with the running of the Club, or the staff carrying out their duties. Most impressed.

I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Rich and his team. The team were reliable, professional and the standard of their work was excellent. They were extremely considerate of the fact that we were living in the property at the time with children - they tidied up daily. Rich has a great positive attitude towards his work, which was reflected in his pragmatic approach to overcoming any issue that arose. He took the stress out of the job and is clearly a very experienced builder.

An excellent service. Saab made the whole experience stress free. He took care of every detail of the job and communicated at every stage even out of office hours, never left you handling. Saab was flexible with appointments and stayed in communication before each visit. I am overseas landlord and were able to organise every with Saab with no problem. He is reliable and helpful. Graeme absolutely smashed it completing my backgarden renovation. He and his team were professional and timely and communications were always excellent. The job wasn't ideal but they were absolutely great.

We were really happy with the work Shane carried out for us. He stuck to the quote and time the work would cost and take. He arrived on time (even earlier than the time he said he would be with us which was a bonus)! Shane was very polite and we found him such a lovely person and would not hesitate in contacting him again.

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

John turned up to complete an electrical standards test of my kitchen within a few hours of me posting the job on Rated People which was great. He even managed to turn off the water for me when he discovered a leak from a toilet upstairs which was great as I wasn't at the property at the time. Cost was a little higher than I was expecting, but he was prompt and did everything he needed to do professionally.
