Hello, My name is Mark, the past 10mths I have been working for a facilities maintenance company in Ireland and Northern Ireland. I am a licensed plumber and prior moving from Australia to Ireland, I ran my own plumbing business, I worked for a couple of plumbing company and I spent 20yrs in the Royal Australian Navy. I've spent 35 years working as a plumber in the A.C.T, Sydney and in the Navy. Whilst in the navy, apart from plumbing, I worked on the ships propulsion, diesel generation and water purification systems. Other tasks including welding, fitting, electrical fault finding and mechanical repairs. I have plumbing experience, working for one of Sydney’s leading commercial plumbing maintenance company and other company within Newcastle (Aust). I have applied my trade and technical skills to complete many tasks outside my trade. I needed my shower fixed so contacted rated people within a few minutes of doing this I got a call from Steven.he then arranged to call out to check it out for me. Within the hour. I was sure I needed a new shower but he checked it and I only needed a pull cord and a new fuse. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone great job thanks for saving me the price if a new shower

The guys worked on my sizeable kitchen extension in Ballyhackamore and despite all the hassles with covid they got it finished up really quickly and it was a very tidy job. 30/11/23. Ideal Engineer was arranged to come out to check installed boiler by Boiler Tech. Hot and cold pipes where discovered to be reversed and attached opposite ways. Which needed corrected by another plumber before two parts of the boiler were replaced. Boiler engineer stated the parts failed because the system wasn’t flushed prior to installation. Documented by Ideal.
