Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. He conned me into leaving a rating before he finished the job, the shower leaks, he has got money out of me for unfinished work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS he has the chat, it has been over 9 MONTHS and the work is NOT FINISHED.
