I employed Simon to do extensive painting of my garden furniture and fences during the summer. He also kindly helped me with some carpentry work in the garden and some jobs indoors. This is an interim review only. Throughout, Eddie was friendly, polite and very helpful indeed. He spent well over an hour diagnosing the problem correctly and trying over and over ways to put it right. Eventually he had to conclude that a fault had arisen in our twenty-year-old shower, which he could not remedy without co-operation from the manufacturer. He has sent an email with photos to the company with request for their assistance, and we await their reply.
