The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Absolutely over the moon to find Josh. Contacted him yesterday and he kindly came today to fix our toilet. He explained everything that he was doing and we were very impressed by the finish. Brian did a very professional job. Very intricate tiling jobs due to the extent of the cutting required for confined spaces. Worked 3 full days but was prepared to see the job through and not rush with time or quality. Demonstrated a real pride for his work and the result was superb. Very accomplished at his trade.
