"Very Impressed". A top job by a top man, head down as soon as he got here and did not stop until the job was completed, and what a job!. The thing that stood out for me is the care he took with the cleanliness of the working areas. Overall though, an outstanding job, professional in every way. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Have been very impressed with this company. They serviced our oil fired boiler where we were experiencing reduced temperature with our hot water. They could have recommended a water softener but advised the replacement of a cheaper boiler part as the most ecomonomical option for our area. They also came back the same evening at a weekend when we encountered a slight problem and rectified it. This was months ago and we have not encoutered any problems since. Infact our water pressure is better than before.
