We are a family run business and have been in the plumbing and drainage industry for 15 plus years. We offer our services for small plumbing jobs to large trace and access and also offer work via insurance companies. We value our customers and offering our best service as well as reliability and trust is our highest priority. We specialise in leak detection with the use of our inspection camara. We also offer 24hour emergency call out.
Initially very friendly and helpful and promised to fix our drainage problem. Charged us a very large amount of money. The job has not been successful and we still have the drainage problem. We have chased them many times for a receipt for the money paid and a report that they promised that we could use to try to claim on our insurance for the work done. Each time they promise it will be sent over by the end of the day but we have received nothing. I strongly recommend not using this company.

Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. He was not beingfaithful to himself. He texted me on Whatsapp to agree on a discounted rate. He said he would take £60 instead of £80 but after he has done his job he demanded that he got 80, the full money. He was not honest enough to admit that he had agreed to take 60.He asked for proof. I couldn't produce the Whatsapp message as he had deleted the message already. Finally I succumbed, paid him 80, for a 10mnt job. Won't employ people like him anymore.
