Scott was very friendly and polite. He phoned quite soon after the job was posted and was able to give a very competitive quote the next day. He let us know if any issues or problems came up and was able to deal with them quickly. Scott turned up on time every day, finished the job to a very high standard, on schedule and even cleaned up after himself! We can't praise his work enough - we are very happy with our new bathroom!

Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder. Found that Henry Was very satisfied with the quality and care good understanding of the work that was required and was able to point out additional needed work

I found Matthew to be very honest and trustworthy ,he explained what needed doing without trying to fob me off with some tall stories ,he was clean and tidy at all times ,very polite ,not afraid of hard work ,in fact one very cold night he was still working in the dark to make sure everything was working ok ,I would highly recommend Matthew to anybody ,in fact I have told all my many friends about him and his clean and tidy work ,excellient work,very reliable ,very good value. Steve was punctual, communicated by text to confirm appointments/pricing, carried out the work efficiently to resolve our problems and ensured we were fully satisfied with the results before leaving. I would recommend Steve for anyone with central heating problems in the South Wales area.

James cut and fitted 3 shelves into a very awkward alcove. He managed to match the shelves we already had in another alcove. very pleased with work done. would recommend him and use him again

Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.
