Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

From the outset Leon and his team were excellent, they gave me plenty of viable options and costs relating to those options to allow me to plan the build accordingly. Davall Construction left my home unsafe,with the exterior wall collapsing and a big hole in my wall,just because I complained about their standard of work.I raised concerns about the shoddy brick laying (Laying brick and mortar to plasterboard),not replacing wall/floor vent (causes damp/rot),cutting/damage new door frame to fit (Instead of cutting wall bricks),not using wall or ceiling supports (acrow props),packing lintel with wood not slate and they just removed everything and left a huge hole in the wall
