He responded quite quickly saying he could do it by the end of the week. I said I would call him to confirm the time the next day which I did and left a message. Also messaged him again on here and no response. Very unprofessional and poor response. I would recommend sticking to a reliable professional and not an odd job man incapable of doing anything other than fitting an odd job in here and there

Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.

I spoke to George regarding an emergency leaking broken tap at 11pm and he came to fix the problem at 6am the next day! He fitted a brand new tap, was personable and efficient. When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.
