Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. David from Midland fascia was exemplary. He was able to give me a quote for my barge board and fascia uPVC cladding quickly. David provided a very reasonable price for the work which involved a lot of awkward high work around the house. He arrived early,7.30am, to accomodate my leave for work. His standard of work is very high and he takes great pride in his work. David didn't require access to the house as he brought his own power supply and he took all of the litter and off-cuts away with him. Recommended

Terry was really good. He came out in the dead of night to repair (not just have a look at) my faulty boiler. He walked me through exactly what was wrong with it, showed me the parts that had gone wrong and even left the old bits with me to have a look at. My faith in tradesmen is renewed - well done Terry!!
