Recently had a boiler replaced, looked around and got approx 10 quotes before decieding on SMB Property Mainentance who did an absolutely fantastic job, did everything I asked for and more, outstanding! would highly recommend this company.

Graham did a very professional job in solving a tricky problem with water seeping into the garage. He turned up as promised, and kept me informed at all stages of the job. He did an extremely good job and left the area clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him in the future.

We found Kazem and Mo to be very hard working who were more than qualified to complete the job in hand, They take pride in there work leaving the area clean and tidy at the end of the day. I would happily recommend them for any household renovation.

arrived on time, came to carry out an annual service of 3 air conditioning units. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site

Excellent job installing the radiators and making things work with some changes to size and style of radiator. Good quality work with no corners cut and left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again !
