On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. Quotes got changed regularly as boiler was not inspected properly to begin with that led to multiple visits and the original quote being wildly out. They tried to charge me for the initial 5 min look before the quote was provided.

I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials.
