When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. The bathroom job was done to a good standard. But as far as the kitchen job went, it was excellent. Not only did George and his team do a great job, but they finished it ahead of schedule.
