Hollands Contractors were great, easy to deal with and acted professionally throughout. Job was probably not a standard one but chatting through with Kieren what was required on initial site visit , the estimate was fair and arrived promptly . Through to start date Kieren also kept in contact which was appreciated. Job was completed within agreed time frame and to the expected standard. Kieren arrived on time each day and worked hard and would happily recommend.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. Arrived quickly and got to work straight away on the job. There were two issue (not heating radiator, leak). Fixed the leak quickly with very little disruption. Although was told the radiator heating was fixed it is not. To be fair I did only hire to fix the leaking pipe so am happy with the work carried out.

Booked engineer for boiler services for monday didnt turn up, but came on the next day, unblocked boiler pipe, broked the pipe and glue it as his solutions, issue come up F1 at boiler and still charging 150 pound. Initialy advise not call out charge and will charge 65 pound plus vat. What a nigthmare...do not book this company.
