Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

After 3 years I then went on to become OFTEC qualified in Oil fired boilers and maintenance. Then built up a customer database throughout east anglia. In 2008 I did a City and Guilds level 2 plumbing qualification to extend my services to my customers even more. Being able to offer them an Installation of central heating boilers and heating system maintenance. 2 years ago I became a Grant UK boiler accredited engineer giving me the opportunity to be able to offer my customers extended product warranties of up to 10 years.
