Can’t fault the service from start to finish. Responded to the ad very quickly and gave a quote not long after which was very reasonable. Quick to arrange a time to come and complete the works and was happy to work round changes on my end. Communication was great and easy. Very happy with the work carried out and looks great. Within a few hours of the job going up Chris was here, it was a tougher job than expected as our leak was behind tiles. It turns out the kitchen filters had caught a pipe and tried to cover it rather than repair properly. Chris took photos and videos for our insurers resulting in a successful claim, he fixed the leak and also did everything he could to keep the cost down - testament to his honesty and years of experience. I 100% recommend him.

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.
