Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.

We were contacted quickly by the roofer and he came very quickly to have a look at the job that needed doing. That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! We are very pleased, with everything; the speed of the investigation, the speed of the pricing, the speed of the job, and the way the job was done! Terrific.

As a summary I can honestly say that Jonathan and his crew are the best I have ever contracted to undertake work for me. They submitted the best tender for the job, they turned up when they said they would, site was measured up then they arrived on the dot as arranged. They also offered suggestions that would enhance what I wanted doing which were all taken up. The guys were all pleasant and polite and very hard working. Fantastic! My 1st time hiring a plumber. He gave me a quote by phone & gave me chance to consider & phone back which I did. The work was carried out professionally, everything was explained to me, parts needed & costs etc. It was necessary for him to return the following day with another part which he did as agreed & the job was completed. Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.
