Absolutely over the moon to find Josh. Contacted him yesterday and he kindly came today to fix our toilet. He explained everything that he was doing and we were very impressed by the finish. So much so we wanted him to have a look at the shower sometime in the future. He very kindly offered to do it the same day and as with the toilet finished the work to a brilliant standard. Can’t fault the service from start to finish. Responded to the ad very quickly and gave a quote not long after which was very reasonable. Quick to arrange a time to come and complete the works and was happy to work round changes on my end. Communication was great and easy. Very happy with the work carried out and looks great. Would definitely use again for any further work needed.

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.
