Mark was quick to make initial contact and arranging to visit to view the work required after submitting the job on rated people. He is knowledgable and able to provide guidance on the best approach to take. His work was of an excellent quality and carried out in a clean, professional and timely manner. Chris and his team were exceptional. The attention to detail, standard of tiling and finish achieved was absolutely first class. Communication with Chris throughout the entire job was brilliant a faultless service in my opinion. Both Chris and Mike were so helpful and friendly from start to finish and made the process so much easier and stress free. Sean has done an excellent job in replacing my combi-boiler. He responded very promptly to my request for an estimate which was by far the fairest out of 4 local tradesmen.
