I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

Chris was very professional and polite and got in touch with me instantly to arrange a pre-visit to look at the space for the gas connection and quoting me a price. However, when it came to doing the actual job he didn't show up the first time around and didn't respond to any of my texts/calls.
