I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. What makes this even worse is that they knew I had other appointments afterward, yet they completely disregarded my time. Their lack of professionalism and respect for my schedule was appalling. I wish to retract my previous rating, if there is a minus rating I would use that. He conned me into leaving a rating before he finished the job, the shower leaks, he has got money out of me for unfinished work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS he has the chat, it has been over 9 MONTHS and the work is NOT FINISHED.

Excellent service, very quick to respond to the job enquiry, very competitive price, and excellent quality of work with minimal disruption. Polite and courteous and never tried to over sell the job, or scaremonger as sometimes happens. Finished whole job in a day and once they started work they never stopped until it was done. Outstanding.

An immediate and competative quote, we were advised of a work schedule and who to expect on site. They were prompt and worked hard to complete the job to a high standard within the time frame. Their transport was signwritten and smart, their jumpers had their logo, this is a good indication of pride in their work. When subcontractors were left on site the boss returned and checked on their progress and ensured they were well supplied with materials. Highly recommended thank you a good job well done.

Superb team of builders. Very skilful, knowledgeable and helpful. Work was very clean and efficient. The chaps were and are very professional, honest (rare nowadays) polite, approachable, friendly and trustworthy. The extension they built for us was completed within the suggested time frame to a high standard. They were only too happy to answer questions and keep us upto date with the progress. Would definately use again should the need arise. Highly recommended for any work required.

Hired Shane to do some repair work on my chimney. The work included: installing flashing, re-pointing and installing vented caps. His quote was very competitive and the quality of the work he carried out was excellent. Would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

I was very impressed with the quality of work. The plasterer turned up on time to work out the quote, and it was a quote not an estimate. He turned up on time to start the job with all the materials he required, no money up front for materials, and he finished within the time we had agreed. the work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased. I would strongly recommend DJ Plastering and will certainly try to use them again.

Plasterboarded over air brick . And didnt think of filling in holes in ceiling ! Also the finish of the plstering was really rough in places . Not what i would call professional at all .

I asked Sharon from Aquassist Bathrooms to give me a quote to do a total refurb for our en suite. The quote was good, I took a chance because they had only just joined the site, but they didn't let me down. Alan, who did the installation was great. He really wanted to do a good job, very friendly and put the hours in until the job was completed to my satisfaction. Sharon would talk to me during the installation to make sure things were going well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aquassist.
