We asked Chris to renovate our terraced house in Tenby. We live in Cardiff and discussed with him our requirements and throughout the whole renovation he carried out the work superbly and we were always surprised by the standard of excellent work that he did in the property. All of our friends and family and those that rent the house now are so impressed (as we are) with the standard of work which he undertook that they ask if he does work in Cardiff also! I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Not very happy. The company (Paul) didnt finish the job and I had to pay out more than I had withheld (£50) to another tradesman to complete the job. The work that was completed was satisfactory but in view of the job not being finished cannot rate them well. Also never got my keys back despite numerous pleas. Not reliable at all.

A couple of things I did mention to Chris for example the edge of the door not painted and the wall behind the bed not enough emulsion on the paper so paper coming away from wall don't mean to be picky but I feel I paid enough money for the job so I would have liked it perfect

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
