Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance

Specially to John, who, from the first meeting, gave me clear and detailed instructions on how to do the work cheaper and with better quality. Our budget was small, but they managed to make our dream come true! The whole bathroom was stripped in one day! However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised.
