But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. UNI-F. LTD were exceptionally quick to make contact and arrange a visit to assess the extent of the work and quote on it (in this instance, re-wiring). The electrician was very pragmatic and helpful and usefully, was qualified to certify his own work. He was well presented and respectful of the house, and also competitively priced. I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!
