Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. Would recommend him highly, cost was v reasonable and was very glad to find him.

Matthew was the first to contact me once the ad went out. He was able to pop round the next day, source a difficult to find replacement fan, and fit it the day after he received it. And with a smile! The agreed price was reasonable and the invoice has yet to arrive. All in all great service and a good job done.

Will came with a team to our home to update our fuse board, earth our gas and water and help us out with a lot of unknown /unused outdoor cables. Their work was to an excellent standard and every thing they did was communicated and double checked with us to ensure we got exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.
