This job was a complete and complicated rewire of a large old farmhouse, including various extras such as security alarm, boiler and underfloor heating controls and renovating an old Victorian lantern. Chris has done an excellent job, and even though it turned out to be more awkward than he expected (beams in unusual places, ceilings that came down, boiler wiring being non-standard etc) he honoured the original quote and took the time to make sure it was done properly. The standard of work is very good and Chris perseveres with jobs until he is satisfied with the result. An example is the great care he took with the positioning of the kitchen lights. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

The electrical installation inspection was dealt with efficiently and the report was forwarded to me around 7 days from the date that the inspection was instigated. Mr. Sullivan has provided me with a quotation for a re wire of the property. At this stage, I am satisfied with the service provided.

Great guy dave called me promptly to arrange to call and give me a quote. the price he gave was very reasonable. he then arrange a day to come and do the work (Sunday) which was great. he arrived on time and completed the job and we are very happy with his work. I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Would not hesitate to use again. One negative however is that he must need a new watch because he arrived twenty minutes early!!
