Having spoken to Steve on the phone and by text, we agreed a date and time. However, Steve didn't turn up or call to say he wouldn't be coming. There was no answer when I called him and I have heard nothing further from him. The 1* is for the initial contact but I found that he is unreliable. Cannot comment on his work as he didn't do any

I needed someone to remove and install a new electric hob which I had purchased. Due to a few issues we had rearrange dates a couple of times, however Tony did complete the job on a Sunday to get it done and completed which I thought was great.
