I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. Small but awkward lighting switch job. Rang and roughly priced on the phone within ! hour of job posting. Gave early time next day and arrived punctually at peak of 'school rush'.
